Stampin' Up! is always on the cutting edge of offering new tools. The Take Your Pick Tool (144107) is no exception. This multipurpose pickup and precision tool simplifies meticulous tasks. It has tacky putty on one end that easily picks up sequins, paper accents, and other small objects. Just twist to dispense more putty. The other end has 2 changeable, double-ended tips with a paper piercer, a mini spatula, a small stylus, and a large stylus.
I call it the all-in-one picker upper!!
If you didn't see it, it's on page 30 of the new 2018 Holiday Catalog.
I love this tool and will use it to pick up sequins, rhinestone, etc.
Even though Christmas is a couple months away, I'm gearing up for this wonderful holiday now!
Here is a card I made for a challenge our stamping team had in early September. We were asked to stamp a card without any cardstock layers. We could use embellishments and ink, but that was it.
Here is the card I made.
I used my new Stamparatus...awesome tool! I also used several markers to blend in all the colors on the trees. The last step was to add some shimmer and I used our new Frost White Shimmer Paint on page 38 of the new 2018 Holiday Catalog. I added a drop of Pear Pizzazz Refill Ink to the Frost White Shimmer Paint (you don't want to change the color too much) and painted it on the stamp.
With the Stamparatus, you can use several different markers to blend in all the different colors on the tree. The Stamparatus holds the stamp in place while stamping several times on your cardstock.
Here is the product I used to make this card:
- Winter Woods Stamp Set (Wood-147658; Clear-147661) - Sentiment from the Timeless Tidings Stamp Set (Wood-148989; Clear-148936) - Gold Foil-Edged Cards & Envelopes (147901) - Frost White Shimmer Paint (1470460 - Pear Pizzazz nk Refill (131160) - Markers: Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Early Expresso, and Cajun Craze
I hope you are starting to think about Christmas and that this card gives you some inspiration.
Today I have the cutest card to share. Best of all it's a great pop-out card.
I've never made a card with all the different pieces and folds because my thought was that it would be very difficult. I was wrong...it really was easy to make. I used several Stampin' Blends to color the different animals from the A Little Wild Stamp Set.
Check out my card.

Create a beautiful detailed die-cut butterfly, flower, or intricate flower cluster in record time with Thinlits dies and the Big Shot. The flower cluster can be placed in a corner of a project and some of the pieces can be cut out for smaller clusters.
There are 21 photopolymer stamps and 3 dies. The three dies are gorgeous!

Here are three projects that are mostly monochromatic and created with a few of our favorite new colors: Lovely Lipstick, Highland Heather, and Mango Melody.
A fun way to show color’s impact on a project is to create a card that is mostly monochromatic and remake it with some of your favorite new colors using the same design. You can see how a simple color change can drive the story of a card in a new direction.

On Monday, I shared a couple of cards I made using the Rooted In Nature Bundle along with a couple of colors from the Regals Color Collection.
Today, I have a video for you to see showcasing the Rooted In Nature Bundle.
This bundle has six great sentiments that can be used for all occasions. - To Thank You For All You Do - Words Are Never Enough - Be Strong Be Happy Be You - Just For You - You Are Wonderful - Thinking of You
I can't wait to make a fall or masculine card with it. Check out the Nature's Poem Product Suite on pages 142-143 in the new Annual Catalog.
Recently, I mailed cards to several of my friends who needed to know that I was I'm thinking of them.
When I decided on a card to make, I immediately thought of the Petal Passion Suite of products because when stamped, they create a soft and subtle look. Here is the card I made with the Petal Palette Stamp Set and the Petals & More Thinlits Dies. I used the sentiment from the Weather Together Stamp Set...just because I liked the "wishing you brighter days!" sentiment. It was exactly what I wanted to say.
I love the collage look and I made this card mixing a lot of different colors, stamp sets and dies.
First, I spritzed the card using one of our Stampin' Spritzers to give the card a softer look. Spritzers are one of those cool tools that I forget that I have, but they create such a unique look. The colors can be vibrant when you add several drops of refill ink or they can look softer when you use just a few drops of refill ink.
Once you add the amount of refill ink you want, fill the remaining Stampin' Spritzer bottle (3/4 full) with at least 70% by volume of alcohol.
Next I spritzed a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock 2-3 times. Then I took a marker in the same color and flicked the brush tip end to make speckles.
Here is the product I used to make this card:
- Petal Palette Bundle (Wood-145973; Clear-145974) - Birds & Blooms Thinlits (141477) - Seasonal Layers Thinlits (143751) - Weather Together Stamp Set (141543) - Cardstock: Shimmery White (101910); Soft Sky (131203); Pink Pirouette (111351); Wild Wasabi (108641) - Inks: Wild Wasabi (126959); Bermuda Bay Refill (131156); Archival Black (140931) - Pool Party Stampin' Blends Combo Pack (144605) - Stampin' Spritzers (126185)
